It will take usually between 3-4 days.

It will usually take 7-10 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product, based on demand and shipping location. In some extreme cases, it might take up to 15 days.

An email will be sent with your order information confirming your order and another email when your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive.

We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 24 hours.

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Rupay Cards, UPI based Payments (BHIM, GoogleTez, PhonePe, PayTM), NET Banking, e-Wallets (including JioMoney, OlaMoney, MobiKwik, freecharge ) as well as Cash On Delivery (COD).

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use encryption to protect your payment details.

We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

There are absolutely NO hidden charges. GST and/or other charges are pre calculated. So, the amount that you see on the product page is that what you pay during the checkout.

Since we only sell online, there is no try and buy option available. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have a size chart with body measurements on our product pages. For any queries, please write to us at support@pandasuggests.com

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
 If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on support@pandasuggests.com with your contact details for any further enquiries.

Yes, you can get replacement of the same product if you don’t like the product or if it has delivered in damaged condition. All you need to do is to contact us on support@pandasuggests.com and a new order will be processed once we have received an old product.

No. you don’t have to worry about the shipment charges as Panda Suggests will bear the charges of your returned products. However, the product should not be damaged and must be in original packaging.

It is a great thing if you want to write a review on the product you have purchased as it will help us to understand what is good and bad in the product.

My Account refers to everything that you have done with Panda Suggests and you can see all the activities, transactions and purchase orders there. Also, you can change the password and edit your personal details there.

You don’t need to pay any additional charges except the product price as all the taxes we are liable to pay to the government is incorporated in the purchase value.

If you have unintentionally filled wrong shipping address, contact our customer care on support@pandasuggests.com about the same and we will change it accordingly.

Sorry, currently, we don’t take international orders.

There will be no shipping charges liable to pay if you want to return your product.

By using the tracker URL, you can track your order anytime when you want it. The tracking URL and the carrier URL will be provided to you in the order confirmation mail.
